Returns & Refunds

THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING WITH US!

If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return of unused, unopened, and non-personalized merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Upon return of your merchandise, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must satisfy the conditions of our return policy and be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. 

Sale items and customized items are not eligible for exchange or return. Cancellations are not accepted on customized/personalized orders. 

Used or opened merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. To initiate a return for any item that arrives damaged, please contact us hello@sunshinedaisyct.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will review your inquiry, evaluate your concern, and correct things on your order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
